Canadian Lung Association: 1-888-566-LUNG (5864) - The Canadian Lung Association's helpline provides information and support to help people with lung disease, including those trying to quit smoking. They offer counseling, referrals to local resources, and information on nicotine replacement therapy.
Health Canada Quitline: 1-866-366-3667 - This is a free helpline operated by the Government of Canada that provides information and support to help people quit smoking. They offer counseling, referrals to local resources, and free quit coaching.
Provincial Quitlines - Many Canadian provinces have their own quitlines that offer support and resources to help people quit smoking. These services may be provided by the provincial government or local health organizations. Contact your provincial health authority or check their website for more information.
