American Lung Association Lung HelpLine: 1-800-LUNGUSA (1-800-586-4872) - The American Lung Association's helpline provides support and resources for people with lung disease, including those trying to quit smoking. They offer counseling, referrals to local resources, and information on nicotine replacement therapy.

Smokefree.gov National Quitline: 1-800-QUIT-NOW (1-800-784-8669) - This is a free helpline operated by the US Department of Health and Human Services that provides counseling and support to help people quit smoking. They offer referrals to local resources and free quit coaching.
