How as very one day been?
Hope you all doing well?
My day been ok , I'm doing OK a little I am struggle a bit with my depression but I'm trying not let it take over my day to day life. As I don't want go back on tablets. But one good thing not been on my tables I know what tried and fallen to sleep feel like again. Instead of struggling to sleep.

Went out to a audition tonight for panto and have got a good sized part . Other than that been trying not to stress about things and take my mind off of stuff that’s going on . Hope all is ok ?
