Woke up this morning thinking it’s gonna be a good day.turns out todays day started ok but anxiety was supposed to stay under control but not to be . Spent 45 mins crying and wanting to scream and run away .but managed to calm down and think logically. Basically it’s one of those days . My anxiety has been bad past few weeks anyway .
