This not sleeping full 8hrs is driving me up the wall. Seen I had covid My chest is bad sometimes finding hard to breath. Sleeping for me is like having mask on its black but you still hear and feel whats going on around you. So that keeps me awake.
If anyone as any tips on falling to sleep that be great
