I hate these nights we're I keep waking silly times in the morning 4 days on the run I been like this, this time. Im so tired now but trying to go back sleep is in possible. My head play trick on me. I think it's do with not being on my medication for 4days. I have them back from the doctors now so I took one yesterday wants I got them. Hopefully wants they back in my body I should start sleeping better. Just bugging me that's all.
