The hot nights are horrible deffo need Aircon throughout the entire house for sure. It's ok if we all freeze but the heat can sod off 
 

I know opening up is hard for you so thanks for sharing I only hope by sharing a little has helped. We all hope you and your family get better news soon.

The buttom at the top right stopped working: Oh NO!.

In the next release of the app this button will be switched and pointed to a different location so it will no longer be MyMail it will be renamed and point to a secret project we are working on

Maybe its time to see a doctor if sleep becomes too much of a distant memory. especially with back pain! I mean it could be the pillows or matress but might be worth checking out.
