I been moaning to Chris about how hot it is and how sleeping is so uncomfortable as I’m waking up red roasting .not the only one stacey 

the walk was fine and the day was going fine until the rain came after we had done, at that point it was get back and dry before travelling back home . 

Had a ok morning but wishing I could stay in bed today .

No u r not poking but ,the drs are aware. They have tried meds ,counciling  , all kinds of different things and nothing has worked . when I was grieving before they couldn’t offer anything then either .
 

Thanks I know and I don’t like opening up to others as I had it all come back to me before . I’m trying to make sure that I’m ok and don’t have too many bad days like I have been having. That’s before I sort anything else out. People have been telling me for once I need to focus on myself and not ot...
